1) Crime Master-plan which includes Prison, Custom and Border Defence, and Justice Reform, complementary economic diversification reform, to effect crime deterrence and reduction

2) Health and hospital Master-plan to deliver first world medical care and access to this service

3) Depressed communities Master-plan to revitalize these left behind neighborhoods and empower people which would complement crime and gang reduction
     
4) Food security Master-plan to lower the food importation bill, seed diversification of economy and vital job and enterprise creation 

5) Energy diversification Master-plan to push energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable energy, seed vital job creation that would support crime deterrence
     
6) Environmental Master-plan to sustainably manage our vital environmental resources that supports job creation, our health and well-being of communities, natural systems and our vital economy    

7) Marine economy Master-plan to include port development and marine resource development
